Remote monitoring of distributed photovoltaic power stations


Solution introduction

Distributed photovoltaics have many distribution points and are not easy to manage and maintain. Fuda uploads power station data to the photovoltaic management platform through the industrial gateway.

Networking

The gateway collects data from inverters, combiner boxes, circuit breakers, etc. on site through the RS485 bus, and uploads it to the remote monitoring platform using the MQTT protocol.


Functions and features

(1)      Rich device interfaces (1*RS232+1*RS485+1*LAN+1*WAN/LAN+2.4GWIFI+5Gwifi)

(2)      Convenient networking, supports CAT1, wired, and WIFI

(3)      Link redundancy, when one network is abnormal, it automatically switches to the other set network

(4)      Simple data processing can be achieved through Shell scripts, etc.

(5)      The collected data can be transmitted to the specified server through MQTT

(6)      Remote configuration modification and on-site debugging can be performed through DIACom.

(7)      Built-in Modbus communication, which can easily collect on-site data

(1)      It can be used on-site to remotely debug on-site equipment, saving travel expenses

(2)      The Python script model of the customer's power station can be run inside the device, making on-site operation more stable

(3)      Running through Shell scripts, the device can be executed according to the previous plan even when it is offline

(4)      Flexible and convenient configuration, rich interfaces, and can be quickly adapted to the site
